With their mission being to offer the best in cosmetics innovation to consumers around the world, the global beauty brand needed to provide a deep customer experience based on their unique journey, regardless of the device they use.

The L’Oréal Paris website was not mobile-responsive and provided no possibility for a customer experience beyond the classic ecommerce one. The current solution was not versatile enough to cope with the content management campaigns the brand aimed to release.

With out of the box personalization, any Sitecore page from the website including the Homepage, Product and Product Category pages can be enhanced with personalization capabilities.
